Is there a free trial period?
Yes — we offer a free demo session (~30 min) and the option to test with no obligation. There's no automatic billing.
What is the "Basic package" and what does it include?
The basic package includes 1 business unit, 1 register, full fiscalization (ZKI/JIR), an item catalog with VAT rates, and basic reports. Every additional module is chosen as needed.
Can I combine modules freely?
Yes — modules are à-la-carte. Take only what you need. There are no packages that force you to include things you don't need.
What does AI "pay-per-use" mean?
The AI assistant isn't a separate module — it's available to everyone on a credit model. There's no monthly AI subscription; you only pay when you use it. Every new account gets €1 in starter credit.
Can I use the system on multiple devices?
Yes. POS Boss runs in the browser — tablet, phone, desktop. No installation. There's no limit on the number of devices and no per-device charge.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The register keeps working in offline mode and automatically syncs data and sends fiscalization as soon as the connection returns.
Is e-Invoice available in all packages?
e-Invoice isn't a separate line item in the price list — it's available to everyone with a subscription. The sending platform (MER, super.hr, ePoslovanje, FINA) is configured in settings.
Can I change modules?
Yes, at any time from the "Subscription" page inside the app. No long contracts.
